The Behavior Success Contract is just to remind students that we expect good behavior in school in order to be able to attend activities at the end of the year. Forms are due to ELA teachers by Friday, February 20.
The end of the year field trip is currently in the works. Further plans will be announced later.
EGMS Sixth Grade End-Of-Year Field Trip / Rewards Success Contract

Dear Parents / Guardians of Sixth Grade Students,
We are excited to announce plans for our end of the year field trip and reward activities for our 6th grade students. These events will celebrate our students’ hard work and positive contributions throughout the school year.
To ensure that all students who participate in these activities uphold our school values and expectations, eligibility will be determined based on behavior during the second semester. Therefore, we are implementing this Behavior Success Contract.
Please note the following criteria:
No In-School Suspensions (ISS): Students who receive an ISS during the second semester will not be eligible to participate.
No Out-of-School Suspensions (OSS): Students who receive an OSS during the second semester will not be eligible to participate.
Reminder: 5 lunch detention will earn students a day of ISS and make them ineligible for the end of year trip and reward activities.
This contract will be in effect from Tuesday, February 16, 2026 until the day of the field trip.
Our goal is to encourage responsible decision making, consistent effort, and respectful behavior from all students. Thank you for your support as we work together to create a positive and rewarding environment for all students. We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of our sixth grade class at the end of the school year!
Please sign and return this contract stating that you and your student have read and understood the information above in order to be eligible. This is NOT a permission form. A permission form will be sent home with more information a couple of weeks before the trip.
**If this form is not returned signed, your child will NOT be able to attend the field trip and/or reward activities.
