7th and 12th Grade Vaccinations

Parents of students entering 7th and 12th grades are reminded that the following immunization updates are required:

• 7th graders must show proof of a Tdap booster and dose of MCV4 (meningitis vaccine)

• 12th graders must show proof of a Tdap booster, plus a dose of MCV4 if the first dose was given before the child’s 16th birthday. If the first dose was given after the 16th birthday, then a booster is not required

Please take your child to the medical provider who does their immunizations and upon receiving the shots, send a copy of their updated shot record to their school nurse.
